What happens in the first ten seconds.

  1. 01

    It opens on one question

    “Who are we tracking?” A name and a birth date. There is no account step. One is only needed if you later turn on sharing with your family.

  2. 02

    Then you're on the Today screen

    Bottle, Diaper and Nap, one above the other. If it is between seven at night and seven in the morning, the screen is already dark.

  3. 03

    Tap Bottle

    That's it. You have logged your first feed, and every bottle after it makes the amount the button offers more like your own nights.

Requirements

  • iPhone running iOS 26 or later, portrait only, in English
  • Apple Watch app included, for watchOS 26 or later. No iPad, Android, or web
  • No account and no network access needed to log anything, unless you turn on sharing
  • Voice is off until you switch it on in Settings, so nothing asks for the microphone until you do. Leave it off and tapping still logs everything
  • Voice also needs Apple's on-device speech model, a one-time download from Apple that you start yourself
  • An account only if you turn on sharing with your family, which is off by default
